Refund Policy

At Nurturva, we want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness journey. Because our Red Light Therapy Belts are personal care devices, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and transparency for all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your belt was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The belt must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and clean).
  • It must be in the original packaging with all included accessories (power cables, controllers, and manuals).
  • Due to the personal nature of wearable wellness devices, any belt showing visible signs of skin contact, sweat, or wear cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your Red Light Therapy Belt upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong model. We will require photo or video evidence of the defect to process a free replacement or a full refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nurturva.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of non-defective items to cover inspection and repackaging of sensitive electronics.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Used or skin-contacted belts (for hygiene reasons).
