Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Nurturva. We are committed to delivering your Red Light Therapy Belt safely and efficiently so you can start your wellness journey as soon as possible.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (as indicated on our homepage).
3. Domestic and International Shipping
We ship our Red Light Therapy Belts worldwide. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nurturva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@nurturva.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some of our expedited carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure the fastest delivery of your therapy belt.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Nurturva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we do want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us immediately at info@nurturva.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
